Haven Christmas Portrait Project

About a week ago I heard from my longtime friend (and former favorite boss ever) Colleen. She is on the Board of Directors of the Haven, which is a women's drug rehabilitation program run through the University of Colorado. Every year she brings photographers to Haven to shoot families for Christmas photos.

The program is really unique - it boasts the highest success rate in the country (92% of Haven graduates remain drug free and alcohol free after 8 years) and it's one of the few centers in the country that accepts pregnant women and infant children into treatment.

I was so honored to be asked to participate in this event. What an amazing opportunity to give back something so special these families can cherish forever. I can't wait to share some of these special images.
